TL;DR: This role leads growth strategy and operations for the commercial department. Reporting directly to the C‑Level, you will be the architect of scalable, measurable, and sustainable global growth. With rapid international expansion, a deepening partner ecosystem, and continuous product innovation, you are joining at a pivotal moment. What you will do:
  • Own Commercial Performance: Drive performance, GTM efficiency, and execution against global revenue targets.
  • Strategic Architect: Lead cross‑functional growth projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • AI‑Driven Efficiency: Champion the assessment and deployment of AI/ML tools to automate processes, revolutionise commercial analytics, and unlock new levels of efficiency across the customer journey.
  • Executive Partner: Act as the trusted strategic advisor for the C‑Level across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure operational alignment.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team of Operations specialists.
