Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine the product vision and strategy for AI‑driven conversational products.
• Build and optimise digital processes supporting product marketing and sales.
• Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify strategic opportunities.
• Plan and prioritise the product roadmap in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, coordinating with development and design teams.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle – from initial concept through to successful market launch.
• Work closely with commercial teams to ensure strong product positioning.
• Define and monitor KPIs, using data to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role, ideally in AI, SaaS, or conversational technology.
• Strong understanding of agile product development (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in the development and commercialisation of digital products.
• Familiarity with NLP models and large language model (LLM) technologies.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a strong sense for market opportunities.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for innovation in conversational and voice‑based AI technologies.
