Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client's team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Maintain and update the company website using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase search visibility and web traffic.
- Write and brief SEO-optimized content, including news articles and blog posts.
- Research and identify relevant keywords and search terms, and optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, alt texts) for SEO.
- Monitor and analyze SEO/SEA performance, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Develop strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Enhance site structure, page speed, and mobile performance for better user experience and rankings.
- Co-manage Google Ads campaigns, track performance, and report using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support lead generation and nurturing through marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEA, with practical experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Search Console.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and CMS platforms, ideally WordPress.
- Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Creative mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively.
