Overview

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client's team.



Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email, and display advertising.

  • Maintain and update the company website using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).

  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase search visibility and web traffic.

  • Write and brief SEO-optimized content, including news articles and blog posts.

  • Research and identify relevant keywords and search terms, and optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, alt texts) for SEO.

  • Monitor and analyze SEO/SEA performance, providing data-driven recommendations.

  • Develop strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.

  • Enhance site structure, page speed, and mobile performance for better user experience and rankings.

  • Co-manage Google Ads campaigns, track performance, and report using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Support lead generation and nurturing through marketing automation and CRM platforms.



Qualifications


  • Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken.

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEA, with practical experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Search Console.

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and CMS platforms, ideally WordPress.

  • Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.

  • Creative mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively.
