The Role

Job description:

We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and well-organized personality as a video and web content manager. You will be responsible for our visual communications – across videos, the website, and marketing materials.

Your mission: Make the real value of our AI-based security solutions visible through compelling videos, strong visual storytelling, and a user-friendly website.

You will handle the entire content creation process – from conception to final implementation – shaping how customers, partners, and interested parties perceive us.

You will collaborate closely with teams from Product, Sales, and Customer Success to develop content based on real use cases and customer benefits.

Your tasks:

• Planning and executing video and photo shoots on-site (in industrial and logistics environments)
• Developing storylines that showcase our solutions in action
• Recording, editing, and finalizing video and photo material for LinkedIn, presentations, and our website
• Maintaining and further developing our WordPress website (content, layout, UX)
• Implementing and optimizing SEO strategies to increase organic reach
• Designing and creating marketing materials (flyers, one-pagers, case studies, presentations)
• Ensuring consistent tone, style, and visual presence across all channels
• Providing visual support at events, trade fairs, and internal presentations

Your profile:

• Sound knowledge of video production (shooting, editing, storytelling)
• Comfortable working in industrial environments (factories, logistics centers, warehouses)
• Experience with WordPress or eagerness to learn quickly
• Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization
• Confident handling of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools
• A flair for design, creativity, and storytelling
• Proactive, self-organized, and hands-on approach
• Fluent in German and English to cover our markets effectively
• Bonus: Experience in B2B marketing, especially in tech, software, or industrial sectors
