Tasks and mission

• Develop Local Net Demand Plans serving as the foundation for:
  • Production planning
  • Procurement planning
  • Inventory management across the 6 distribution centers
• Consolidate and process multiple input sources:
  • Manual sales and demand forecasts per product and region
  • Statistical demand forecasts and historical sales data
  • Inventory reports from distribution centers
  • Defined extra stock levels for top‑selling product
  • Phase‑out information including successor products
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment with stakeholders (Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics)
• Optionally: contribute to the implementation of an integrated end‑to‑end demand‑to‑supply process

Qualifications And Qualities

• Excel: excellent proficiency (PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, VBA preferred, data table structure)
• Data Analysis: strong analytical skills, ability to handle large datasets
• Master Data Management: basic to good knowledge
• ERP: good
• Business Knowledge: fundamental understanding of supply chain, procurement, and production processes
• Languages: very good English skills (written and spoken)
• Structured, detail‑oriented, and precise working style

• Ability to integrate complex information from multiple systems
• Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
