About the Role

As the Demand Planning Manager for Region North within our Professional Hygiene Business Unit, you will lead a team of 1 responsible for driving accurate demand forecasts and ensuring alignment with global planning processes. You’ll act as the key link between the region and the central demand planning hub, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Service Management to translate market insights into actionable demand plans.

This is a permanent position, reporting to the Service Management Director Order Fulfilment. The role carries the need for the occasional travel (up to 10%) and can be located in Gothenburg (Sweden), Oslo (Norway), Allerod (Denmark), Espoo (Finland) or Vilnius (Lithuania).

Furthermore, you will also:

  • Ensure ERP system data and parameters are accurate to generate accurate base rate and promotional sales demand at article / customer level for the sales organization.
  • Analyze & report data (monthly systematic gap analysis between forecasts and orders, review and investigate performance; providing pre, during and post evaluations to the Sales team.
  • Manage Phase in - phase out by maintaining system information.
  • Collaborate with Supply Services to manage non-slow-moving articles.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives in demand planning processes and systems.
  • Act as a Key user for Demand Planning and the Sales & Operations Planning process and represent demand internally as well as externally, i.e. act as an interface to Product Supply, customers and service providers.

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven leadership experience with direct reports.
  • At least 3 years of experience in demand planning or similar field such as financial planning or forecasting.
  • Experience in SAP and MS office tools. Working knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and scenario planning capabilities.
  • Excellent proficiency in English - spoken and written.
