Data Innovation Program Manager

Join Booz Allen and help transform operations through data-driven modernization. As a Program Manager, you will support the U.S. European Command (EUCOM) team by defining, documenting, and enhancing critical mission processes through automation, advanced analytics, and digital transformation tools.

In this role, you will drive innovation by developing database-driven web content and creating solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing automated tools.

You will serve as a technical expert in planning, designing, implementing, operating, and managing information dissemination services. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of government websites and data portals, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness in supporting mission‑critical operations while collaborating with a team of data management specialists, application developers, and resource managers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and creative problem‑solving skills to optimize critical data flows, driving the operational effectiveness within the U.S. European Command.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience दिशा managing systems and software development projects
  • Experience integrating data modernization techniques, such as automation, machine[num] learning, and analytics, into operational processes to improve efficiency and performance
  • Experience designing and automating data pipelines and leveraging visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to drive actionable business insights

  • Experience with data governance, security, and metadata management best practices
  • Experience identifying gaps in delivery and leveraging best practices to conduct process improvement
  • Ability to modernize legacy data systems into scalable, cloud‑native solutions
  • Ability to brief senior leaders and stakeholders
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Computer Science
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) organizations, including at the Combat നിര്‍ command level
  • Experience applying data modernization or digital transformation principles in large organizations
  • Knowledge of process automation tools, such as Power Automate or RPA platforms
  • Ability to design and implement data‑driven solutions using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and workflow automation platforms NF>l>
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
