Your tasks
  • As a Data Engineer you design and develop scalable data architectures
  • You contribute to the development of data models and metadata management.
  • You develop and manage data pipelines to integrate data from internal source systems
  • You will Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and reliability.
  • In close collaboration with stakeholders you translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • You deploy data pipelines and services to our internal cloud environment
  • You provide support and consulting to internal customers and support data governance and compliance initiatives.
  • You assist in further development of our cloud-based DataOps services

Your qualifications
  • You hold a university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • You have a proven track record of creating data strategies and data models.
  • You are familiar with data engineering practices, including ETL, Data Governance, and Data Lakes.
  • You have experience with data orchestration tools, such as Dagster.
  • You are experienced with cloud technologies like Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, and S3.
  • You are proficient in Linux, Docker, Python, and Git.
  • You have the ability to quickly learn new topics, you are self-motivated with a strong focus on quality.
  • You are fluent in both English and German.
