Qualifikationen

What you will do

Become part of our agile Data team in Munich or Berlin where we share insights into our business and products to the whole company and enable each colleague to make better decisions through data.

  • You analyze footprint and internal business data, turning raw information into clear, actionable insights.
  • You build and maintain dashboards in Power BI that provide reliable, up-to-date KPI views.
  • You design and optimize data models in collaboration with our Data Engineers.
  • You support and refine our KPI framework and semantic layer by documenting definitions and monitoring data quality.
  • You collaborate with stakeholders from various departments and management, translating reporting needs into analytical solutions.
  • You actively foster a data-centric culture by creating self-service analytics and providing trainings and documentation to users.
Who you are
  • You have 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science ideally in a startup/scale-up context.
  • You are proficient in Power BI or similar BI tools and SQL. Familiarity with dbt, Python and Jira is a plus.
  • You understand complex business processes and can translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • You are motivated by sustainability and want to use data and analytics to drive measurable climate impact for businesses and their customers.
  • You have a very good command of English.
