Overview

Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Solution Architect – 100% Remote (German residency required)

A reputable IT consultancy with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Solution Architect. In this role, you’ll design and deliver enterprise-grade Customer Engagement solutions, shape client transformation journeys, and provide both technical and functional leadership across projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM projects, from scoping and requirements definition through to design, implementation, and post-go-live support


• Define end-to-end CRM architecture including integrations, data modelling, security, and system performance


• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective Dynamics 365 CRM solutions


• Provide architectural governance and technical leadership to consultants, developers, and project teams


• Guide clients on Dynamics 365 roadmap planning, best practices, and adoption strategies


• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution workshops, effort estimation, and proposal preparation


• Stay current with Microsoft technology updates and continuously develop the Dynamics 365 practice offering

Qualifications / Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect with proven track record of delivering enterprise CRM solutions


• Deep expertise in at least two Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, or Customer Insights)


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and its integration with Dynamics 365


• Experience designing and overseeing system integrations with third-party applications and services (e.g., Azure, SharePoint, ERP systems)


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers


• Fluent German and strong English proficiency are both required
