Today, we are currently recruiting a Cybersecurity Expert.

Your responsibilities

Daily tasks

• Defining, deploying, and maintaining the company’s overall cybersecurity strategy.
• Identifying, analyzing, and assessing risks related to information systems security.
• Designing and deploying advanced security solutions (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEM, etc.).
• Ensuring proactive threat monitoring and coordinating responses to security incidents.
• Performing penetration testing and conducting regular security audits.
• Collaborating closely with IT and business teams to integrate security across all projects.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, etc.).
• Defining, monitoring, and analyzing cybersecurity performance indicators (KPIs).
• Training, supporting, and raising employee awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
• Participating in crisis management in the event of a major security incident.
• Contributing to the preparation and monitoring of the department’s budget.
• Conducting continuous technological and regulatory watch on cybersecurity threats and solutions.
• Participating in the onboarding of new employees.

Other missions

• Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
• Participating in the integration of new employees.
• Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior.

The required profile

Studies / training

• Master's degree in computer science, information systems management, or cybersecurity.
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, or ISO 27001.

Experience

5 years of experience in a similar role or in the security governance field

Skills and knowledge required

IT Tools

Mandatory: Microsoft Office suite

Languages

• French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
• English: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum)

Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job

• Good knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, etc.).
• Expertise in IT risk management and cybersecurity.
• In-depth knowledge of security and data protection standards and regulations.

• Valid permanent B driving licence
