Your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and manage the security aspects of the Airbus Products through their entire lifecycle.
• Provide end to end support to projects with regards to cyber security.
• Proactively contribute to the business solutions' architecture and design to manage and reduce security risks.
• Conduct the security risk assessments on the Airbus Products (including threat and vulnerability assessment).
• Lead the definition of security requirement and concept of security to mitigate the security risks.
• Lead the design of secure architecture for Training Simulation Solutions in accordance to the defined security requirements.
• Decompose the high-level security design into low-level detailed security designs for each sub-system or component.
• Ensure the security compliance of the products in accordance to the national and international security regulations in accordance to the applicable criteria and methodologies.
• Lead the Security Risk Assessment and Threat Modeling Processes for the related projects.
• Verification and Validation of Secure Systems and Network design.
• Evaluate, develop and adapt product and sub-products for secure system and network configuration and hardening in line with security requirement.
• Act as the product security focal point in your domain.
• Drive the definition, development and deployment of the Security Operating Procedures in order to ensure the continuous security of the Products along their entire lifecycle.
• Support the Bid Team with the technical solution, security solution and effort estimation.
• Coordinate with the different Programme stakeholders and team members to ensure the delivery of the technical solution on-quality, on-time and on-cost.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Bachelors or Master in Telecommunication Engineer or Aeronautical Engineer or Computer Science.
• You have several years of experience in system simulation, system security engineering and the definition of security requirements and controls, concepts and processes for complex products
• You have good knowledge of the various Security Standards and Frameworks (e.g., ISO27000 Family, CIS, NIST, ...).
• You possess strong expertise with Secure Architecture Principles and Concepts (e.g Zero Trust , Defense in Depth, Least Privilege...).
• You are knowledgeable of the Risk Assessment framework.
• You have a solid understanding to define verification and validation procedures for secure architecture.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English. German and Spanish would be a advantage.
• You have proven your ability to work in a multi-culture team as well as a strong ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
