Key Responsibilities

• Manage customs clearance for imports and exports across EU and global markets.

• Prepare and review shipping documentation (commercial invoices, customs declarations, packing lists).
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal teams.
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce lead times and costs.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customs, import / export operations (pharma or biotech preferred).
