About the Role
We are seeking German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a hybrid role in Malta. This position focuses on providing excellent customer service via email and live chat only, no phone calls required. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally via email and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information using appropriate tools
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Escalate complex issues according to company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
- Participate in training and onboarding programs
Requirements
- German speaker with good English skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn
- No prior experience required; full training provided
Schedule & Contract
- Rotational shifts : 07 : 0015 : 30 & 15 : 3000 : 00
- 5 working days per week with 2 days off
- Permanent contract
Compensation & Benefits
- 1,650 gross / month (~1,400 net)
- Quarterly government support (130)
- Performance bonus (up to 200 twice per year)
