Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Customer Success Manager to join our team and help manage and grow our supply partnerships across the EU market. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and building long-term relationships with partners, you’ll feel right at home with us. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Your mission
    • Manage and grow relationships with existing supply partners
    • Support the onboarding process of new partners
    • Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and support partners with solutions
    • Act as a strategic advisor to partners, sharing insights and best practices
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Business Development, Demand, and Tech
    • A passion for building and nurturing partnerships with publishers and tech providers
    • A data-driven mindset and the ability to derive insights from complex information
    • Technical curiosity and confidence in working with digital advertising tools
    • An independent, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
    • Proficient communication skills in both German and English
    • Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, dashboards, or APIs
    • Strong interest in digital advertising and ad tech
    • Experience in account management, programmatic advertising, or ad tech
