We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing AI SaaS startup at an early stage. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with founders and customers to ensure long-term success, adoption, and value from an AI-driven product.

What you’ll be working on :
  • Own relationships with key customers from onboarding through renewal
  • Act as the main point of contact, helping customers adopt and scale the product
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product & Engineering
  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and expansion potential
  • Build and improve customer success processes in a growing environment
What we’re looking for :
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Consulting, Operations, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working with SaaS products and technical concepts (AI experience is a plus, not a must)
  • Structured, proactive, and confident working in an early-stage environment
  • Fluent in German and English
