A global nonprofit organization in Berlin is seeking a Customer Success Associate to provide essential support to the Disclosure Services team. The Disclosure team plays a critical role in ensuring discloser customer success. We engage and provide support to confirmed discloser customers, including enhanced disclosure support to Reporter Service members and ASPs.
The Customer Success Associate Disclosure Services provides crucial central support to the regional Disclosure Services team, contributing to the efficient delivery of services and the success of customers. A key aspect of this role is to support the Global Customer Success Enablement Lead and the Disclosure Services Management by contributing to global initiatives and the development of shared resources.

This is a hybrid role; candidates need to live within commutable distance of the Berlin office and be comfortable with 2 days in the office per week.
