We’re looking for a hands‑on Customer Solutions Manager who takes ownership of customer relationships and operational excellence. You support customers throughout their journey with everstox, solve complex operational and technical challenges, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure reliable, scalable logistics operations.

Each day is different, but:
  • You act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers
  • You work on solution‑oriented technical requests, translating customer needs into scalable system solutions and configuration
  • You manage larger, cross‑functional operational topics that go beyond day‑to‑day support, including complex customer requests and process‑related changes
  • You identify opportunities, optimizations and strategic options within customer setups and actively support customer growth through expansions and additional use cases
  • You coordinate technical and operational topics with internal teams and external partners like warehouses and Carriers to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution
  • You manage customer expectations, communication and occasional escalations with clarity and confidence
  • You contribute to improving processes, documentation and scalable ways of working across customer operations
You are special because:
  • You bring experience in customer success, (technical) account management, operations or a comparable customer‑facing role
  • You have a good understanding of logistics, fulfillment, eCommerce operations and software products, or are highly motivated to build this knowledge
  • You work in a structured and reliable way and can manage multiple customer topics in parallel
  • You are confident communicating with operational and technical stakeholders on the customer side and internally
  • You have a hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset and take strong ownership of your topics
  • You enjoy working cross‑functionally in a complex environment
  • You are fluent in German and English, spoken and written
