As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Customer Solutions Manager (CSM), you will help guide the largest and most complex AWS customers along their multi‑year journey to the cloud. In this highly visible position you will ensure that all AWS teams are working together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diving deep with the customer to determine their desired business outcomes
  • Working backward from the customer’s desired outcomes to formulate solutions leveraging a vast array of AWS resources
  • Serving as the voice‑of‑the‑customer to the AWS service teams to ensure customer success
  • Engaging at both the executive and project levels within the customer’s organization
  • Creating and executing comprehensive customer enablement plans to help ensure success
  • Tracking progress of multiple customer projects, mitigating risks, and escalating as needed
  • Maintaining leadership communication on status and metrics
Qualifications
  • Strong program management experience with large technical transformations
  • Superior stakeholder management and communication skills
  • IT and cloud technology understanding
  • 4+ years leading complex IT/technical programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience
