Work From Home as a Customer Service Representative (German Fluency)

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for one of our leading technology retailers supporting customers in Germany and Austria!

What Youll Do
  • Provide support to customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later).
  • Handle common inquiries such as:
    • Store locations
    • Online returns
    • Complaint management
    • Checking product stock in stores
    • Product reservations (IBS)
  • Deliver excellent service contributing to high customer satisfaction.
  • Join a long‑standing stable project with a low turnover rate.
  • Be part of team meetings, feedback sessions and special day celebrations.

Salary & Benefits
  • Net Salary: 30,000 TL
  • Quality Bonus: Up to 20% of salary (valid until end of 2025).
  • Meal Card (Pluxee): 4,500 TL allowance.

Work Schedule
  • Weekdays between 09:00 & 23:00 (Summer: until 22:00, Winter: until 23:00).
  • Rotating shifts:
    • 09:00 – 18:00
    • 10:00 – 19:00
    • 11:00 – 20:00
    • 12:00 – 21:00
    • 13:00 – 22:00
  • Split shift: 09:00 – 13:00 / 18:00 – 23:00 (every 78 weeks with 2 days off including one weekend day).
  • Breaks: 1 hour daily (within 9‑hour schedule).
  • Days off: Sunday + 1 variable day.
Training
  • Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only, weekends off).
  • Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 / 10:00 – 19:00.
  • Format: Online.
  • Attendance is mandatory.
Requirements

  • Located in Turkey able to work from home.
