Now we're looking for a Part-Time (20h / week) Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us provide an outstanding experience for our international customers!

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the voice of Vegavero helping our customers find the right products answering their questions and ensuring they have the best possible experience with us. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Engage with customers via email and phone to provide timely and helpful support.
• Provide friendly knowledgeable advice on our supplements.
• Managing orders returns and inquiries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to help us improve.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German, Italian, and English
• Fluency in French, Spanish, and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills you have a natural talent for making people feel understood and supported.
• Previous experience in customer service retail or a similar role is an advantage.
• Interest in nutrition and wellness a background in nutrition or health sciences is a plus but enthusiasm for the field is just as important!
• A proactive and solution-oriented mind set with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Gorgias is an asset.
