We are looking for the following position at our headquarters on site in Hechingen to start as soon as possible:

Your mission
  • You work as part of a team to ensure the timely delivery of our essential products.
  • You work with us to implement our high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • You communicate with our dealers and customers worldwide.
  • You are responsible for the complete order processing (from quotation to invoicing) for your own country area, as well as selection shipments.
  • You organize and process national and international shipments.
Your profile
  • You have completed commercial vocational training.
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in order processing or a similar position.
  • You speak German and Italian at native speaker level and can also communicate well in English.
  • You enjoy working in an international environment and have no problem switching between languages in your daily business.
  • You are proficient with the entire MS Office suite and are familiar with ERP systems, ideally Navision.
  • You perform at your best under time pressure and always maintain an overview.
  • You enjoy working in a team and are characterized by a structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
