Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
  • Handling 3rd level requests (claims & complaints), including escalations management and warranty & special requests
  • Engaging with customers through various channels and delivering personalized assistance
  • Conducting quality assurance and measurement activities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and customer-centric initiatives
  • Handling negative customer reviews
  • Serving as the point of contact for all kinds of customer inquiries
You've got
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience working in e-commerce customer service (preferably)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within dynamic teams
  • Confident, driven, assertive, and proactive attitude
  • Excel and analytical skills (e.g., for root cause analysis)
  • Native or fluent Spanish and at least professional proficiency in English (essential)
  • Fluency in any other European language is highly advantageous
