Role Summary
Aleph Alpha is seeking a hands‑on CRM Specialist to serve as the technical backbone of our go‑to‑market function. This role will be responsible for day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and maintenance of our CRM system, ensuring our GTM teams have a reliable, scalable, and well‑structured revenue stack.
This role will partner closely with the Lead Expert of Revenue Operations, who will provide product ownership, road‑mapping, and business analysis. The CRM Specialist will focus on technical execution, owning everything from configuration and systems hygiene to testing and small integrations. While the role is not expected to take on full‑time development tasks, experience with APIs, automation design, and third‑party tools (e.g., Zapier) is a major plus.
This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role during a critical stage of our operational maturation.
