Zusammenfassung

A leading financial services firm in Frankfurt is looking for a Credit Support Manager for its Domestic Guarantees team. This role involves managing credit facility documentation, handling guarantees, and maintaining risk-related data. Candidates should have a degree in Finance or related fields and at least 2 years of experience in guarantees processing. Fluency in German and English is essential, with French as a plus. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifikationen

  • Knowledge of payment processes, credit processes, account documentation, and risk management.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and oral) is essential, French is an advantage.

  • Handling of Credit Facility Documentation including fee confirmation.
  • Manage domestic Guarantees/suretyships including compliance checks.
  • Maintain all credit/risk-related data in our Database System.

Overview

Credit Support Manager Domestic Guarantees GTB Payments & Cash Management (m / f / d)

Responsibilities
  • Handling of Credit Facility Documentation incl. fee confirmation
  • Securities & Collateral Management; coordination of review (Indemnity Letters, Guarantees and similar), set-up of cash collateral arrangements and update of Securities & Collateral database
  • Maintain all credit / risk-related data in our Database System, PDMS
  • Management of domestic Guarantees / suretyships: Verification of wording in collaboration with local Legal Department, ensure Compliance checks, Collection of commercial decisions from management, issuance of instruments, capture transactions in database system, ensure proper implementation of fee arrangements and follow up of fee collection when necessary, coordination of cancellation of guarantees / suretyships
  • First line of contact for client questions related to guarantees / suretyships charges
  • Together with Front Officer, Management of Insolvency Cases
  • Support in meeting regulatory obligations
  • Support with controls related to quarterly quality supervision process
Qualifications
  • University degree in Finance / business administration or related area
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in guarantees / suretyships processing
  • Knowledge of payment processes, credit processes, account documentation and risk management
  • Basic knowledge on cash management processes
  • Profound MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in German and English (written and oral) is essential, French is of advantage
