Jobbeschreibung

Your tasks

• Shaping and continuous development of the cplace brand image and corporate design.
• Creative consulting and support for target group-oriented, cross-media marketing campaigns.
• Creation and successful implementation of layout and creative concepts.
• Creation of visual content in the form of photos, graphics and illustrations for digital and print (e.g. website, blog, newsletter, social media, advertisements, flyers).
• Conceptualization and design of branding materials for events, including the creation of print assets and final artwork preparation.
• Project support from internal coordination and briefing to the management of external service providers.
• Creation of templates for relevant PowerPoint presentations for sales, management and investor relations.
• Development of storyboards and production of animations and short videos for social media and other digital platforms.
• Development and implementation of strategies for using AI tools to optimize design processes and creative workflows.

What we expect

• University degree or vocational training in design, graphics, media design or similar with at least 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and good knowledge of MS Office.
• Creativity, passion, flair for trends, design and typography.
• Extensive experience in implementing digital projects, including knowledge of WordPress/HTML and video editing.
• Strong sense for motion design and hands-on experience with After Effects.
• Advanced knowledge in AI and/or web design is a plus.
• High quality awareness, thorough, reliable and independent way of working.
• Desire to work in an international, highly motivated team with flat hierarchies.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
