Job Description:

An exciting, high growth Fintech company who are built on cutting edge technology is currently searching for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join the team. This is an extremely important role for the company and will overall contribute to the growth and expansion plans they have in place. As the COO, you will help shape and oversee the systems, processes and people necessary to underpin the business operations and deliver to the forecast revenue, expense budgets and timing.

You will be responsible for ensuring the business delivers on its promises to clients, including uptime and that customer feedback is always excellent. This is a critical role for the organisation. Essential Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate's core capability will be in FinTech operations and technology, both in development and product management.
