- Several years of experience in content management, editorial work, or marketing – ideally in a B2B or technology environment.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills: you are able to present complex topics in a clear, creative, and convincing way.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, CMS and analytics tools, as well as a basic understanding of performance marketing.
- Eloquence in German and fluent English – additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience with graphic and video tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is desirable.
- Structured, independent, and creative way of working as well as organizational talent in project management.

Your mission
- Content Creation & Storytelling:Development and execution of compelling content for website, social media, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, and product communication – precise, audience-focused, and value-driven.
- Editorial & Copywriting:Writing, editing, and optimizing texts that convey our messages clearly, creatively, and effectively.
- Content Strategy & SEO:Planning, managing, and optimizing content initiatives to increase visibility, reach, and lead generation.
- Brand Communication:Ensuring a consistent brand presence and placing our content across relevant media and channels.
- Multimedia Content:Conceptualization and production of text, image, graphic, and video content – also in collaboration with agencies, external partners, and AI tools.
- Project Management:Coordination of content projects with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product Management, Business Development) as well as external service providers.
- Performance & Growth:KPIs Monitoring, analyzing, and continuously optimizing content formats and campaigns based on relevant.
