Your tasks

Do you love telling stories, but even more, bringing them to life? Do you use your camera to capture emotions – in images that stick and videos that move?

At HOLON, we are looking for someone who can translate our vision into strong and inspiring visuals. Someone who makes our projects, culture, and future visible – authentic, creative, and with a unique eye for detail.

Your tasks:

• You independently create creative visual content – from short social media videos to professional photoshoots, always aligned with our brand identity
• You take full responsibility for post-production – editing, color grading, and image enhancement; your look shapes HOLON's visual language
• You manage projects from the initial idea to the final release – timeline, planning, and execution are in your hands, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Communication/PR teams
• You develop and implement social media strategies to increase reach and strengthen brand awareness, actively engaging with social media communities (including LinkedIn and Instagram)
• You spot trends before they go mainstream and bring fresh ideas to keep channels relevant and exciting. You analyze KPIs and derive actionable optimization measures to continuously improve performance

Your profile

• You have a degree in Marketing, Media Design, Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a comparable qualification
• You have work experience in filming, photography, or content creation
• You have a strong eye for composition, storytelling, and aesthetics
• You are confident in using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.
• You are familiar with major social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and their platform-specific requirements
• You work independently, are creative, and enjoy teamwork
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
