The Content Associate will support the Content team and interact with various stakeholders both inside and outside the company. You will help create concise, compelling, and engaging content that clearly communicates the intended message and is accessible to our teams and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will support raising awareness for Tesla across Germany by utilizing media (social and traditional) to engage with customers, prospects, fans, and other stakeholders.

This full-time role requires flexibility to attend events and work outside regular hours when needed. You must be solutions-oriented, flexible, self-driven, and thrive in a highly agile environment. Creativity, good social communication skills, and a team-player attitude are essential.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Content team with all communications tasks and maintain internal contacts with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to build brand and product visibility.
• Identify potential issues and elevate them to the Content Manager to prevent crises.
• Produce coverage reports.
• Build meaningful relationships with internal teams to achieve effective and measurable results.
• Create and present compelling content to diverse audiences.
• Develop, edit, and translate written materials, including presentations, messaging, content plans, FAQs, blog posts, and other collateral.
• Assist with the production of press statements, media lists, and event preparations, liaising with suppliers.
• Coordinate photography requests directly with media.
• Support Content staff at media events.

What You'll Bring

• Native-level proficiency in German or English, with excellent Polish language skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g., Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism).
• Relevant experience in corporate communications, especially in presenting and content creation, preferably in technology, lifestyle, or automotive sectors.
• Proactive project management skills with high independence.
• Proficiency in writing and developing presentations, content plans, and informational materials.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to attend events during weekends and evenings.
• Valid driving license with a safe driving record.
