Consultant (m / f / d) for digitalization of building and environmental authorities

Join our full-time team in the Construction and Environment business unit, working with our customers throughout Germany.

Work from home or in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr region - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!

This will be your job...

  1. You are responsible for planning, supporting, and managing the IT introduction or conversion of our specialist processes for our customers - from kick-off to successful completion of the project.
  2. You act as the main contact for new and existing customers, supporting them in integrating our software into their daily work through training and advice.
  3. You employ proven project management methods to carry out IT projects securely and systematically, ensuring success.
  4. You monitor project profitability and ensure efficient, resource-saving implementation from planning to handover.
  5. You represent our software convincingly and competently, acting as an expert in your field.

  1. You have completed training in an administrative or IT-related commercial profession or hold a degree with relevant focus.
  2. You have initial professional experience or project experience in digitization projects within public administration.
  3. Ideally, you have insights into the workings of environmental agencies or building authorities, but this is not mandatory.
  4. You are tech-savvy, possess strong communication skills, and have a confident demeanor.
  5. You are flexible and willing to travel regularly throughout Germany.
