Anticipated Start Date: This assignment will begin on/about pay periods beginning in the 2nd Quarter of FY26.
Overseas Duty Location: Located at several offices across the Europe District AOR (Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and Belgium).
Additional locations: Luxembourg, Norway, Romania, and Bulgaria. Location to be determined during selection process.

Works under the general supervision of the Resident Engineer, who provides initial instructions on procedures and controlling policies. The incumbent is held technically responsible for all matters pertaining to his engineering specialization. Major policy deviations or actions establishing significant precedents are discussed with the supervisor and action recommended. Work is reviewed for the attainment of program objectives, timeliness, effectiveness of coordination, soundness of technical decisions, as well as for overall effectiveness.
