As a Compliance Specialist, your principal responsibility will be to lead the review of gifts and hospitality compliance requests for our European Offices.
In this role, you will execute our firm’s global Anti-Corruption program. You will implement specific aspects of the Anti-Corruption program, including refining and enforcing policies, procedures, and standards to reduce violations of all applicable Anti-Corruption laws and Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program obligations.
You will support the implementation of Anti-Corruption program initiatives (e.g., training, communications development, and building guidance documents) to ensure stakeholders within our firm develop a clear understanding of the program. You will also help shape specific program controls, policies, procedures, and standards, especially for our firm’s functions where payment identifications are required and managed (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, External Workers, Travel, Tech and Data).
As a member of the Regulatory Programs team and E&C function, you will be expected to be a contributor and thought partner within the function, in addition to supporting key organizational, operational, or strategic initiatives, as relevant.
The E&C function’s mission is to manage risks to our firm, our clients, and our people, while also enabling our Firm’s client impact and innovation. The E&C function is a globally integrated team within the second line of defense of our firm. McKinsey has an E&C program that is structured in a way that ensures that it is well designed, empowered to function effectively, and works in practice. Our E&C program includes a clear message that misconduct is not tolerated as well as policies, procedures, training, monitoring and consequence management to ensure the program is well-integrated into our firm’s operations and workforce. You will be a member of the Regulatory Programs pillar, which is responsible for building and enhancing E&C programs to ensure our Firm adheres to regulatory requirements. You will be part of McKinsey’s (E&C) function and will be based in one of our European Offices.
