Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update internal policies (e.g., Code of Conduct, ESG standards).
• Support compliance training and internal communications.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assist in implementation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the external Data Protection Officer (DPO).
• Manage internal data protection procedures and maintain documentation.
• Drive digitalisation within the Legal & Governance function.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal partners to ensure efficient workflows.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Law (LL.B., LL.M.) or similar qualification.
• Initial experience in compliance, data protection, or legal operations, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to work.
• Familiarity with GDPR or willingness to learn quickly.
