A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager in Frankfurt, Germany. You will optimize global strategies, enhance customer engagement, and drive analytics to support performance tracking. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in commercial excellence with a strong analytical background and familiarity with CRM systems. As our Commercial Excellence Manager, you will join the Global Asset and Commercial Strategy department and take a central role in driving global commercial performance. You will optimize go-to-market strategies, enhance customer engagement, and enable cross-functional alignment to maximize impact.
YOUR TASKS
Develop and implement global commercial excellence strategies to enhance sales force effectiveness, customer engagement, and brand performance.
Lead strategic initiatives to set the global framework for strategic brand planning and sales force effectiveness (targeting, segmentation, and territory alignment).
Drive analytics, insights and KPIs to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
Enhance launch excellence planning and execution for new products and lifecycle management for existing brands in close alignment with Regions and Affiliates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Regions/Affiliates to ensure alignment on commercial priorities and execution.
Champion the use of digital tools and CRM systems to enhance field force effectiveness.
Identify and implement best practices across markets and therapeutic areas.
YOUR PROFILE
Successful completed university degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field
4+ years experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, or commercial strategy within the pharmaceutical consulting industry, including demonstrated expertise in launch planning and execution
Proven experience in sales force effectiveness, performance measurement and commercial analytics
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), omnichannel strategies and commercial analytics platforms
Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
