This role involves building strategic partnerships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to expand market reach and drive growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and evaluate potential CMO partners aligned with Datwyler’s growth strategy.
  2. Build and manage relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.
  3. Negotiate partnership agreements to create mutual value.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to implement partnership initiatives.
  5. Develop joint go-to-market activities such as co-branding and cross-promotions.
  6. Monitor partnership performance using KPIs and report insights to leadership.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  2. 5–7 years experience in business development or strategic partnerships, preferably in healthcare or parenteral packaging.
  3. Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
