  • Be a reliable contact for existing customers and prospects in Italy
  • Respond to inquiries via email and chat
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex questions quickly
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Continuously develop your financial knowledge through training and self-study
  • Gather customer feedback to improve our products and processes
  • Work closely with Product, Capital Markets, and Operations teams
  • Have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions
  • Experience supporting customers via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics; banking experience is a plus but not required
  • Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of Spanish, French, or Dutch is a plus
