A global digital brand management company is seeking a motivated Client Service Representative in Wiesbaden. You will be the first contact for B2B clients, assisting with inquiries regarding domains and certificates. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and either German or French, has strong communication skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. You’re the first point of contact for our B2B global clients via email, phone, or chat.
You assist with questions about domains, certificates, DNS, and more.
You solve problems quickly and professionally with a smile in your voice.
You work closely with colleagues worldwide to find the best solutions for our global clients.
You build genuine client relationships and help ensure they feel well taken care of at CSC.
Must be fluent in bothEnglish and German or English and French. Any additional language skills would be a plus.
Experience working in a client-centric environment, industry or role (e.g., retail, tourism, hospitality, or similar).
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think critically and be solution oriented.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to learn, adapt to, and discuss new technology.
Tenacity and agility to balance varying priorities and inquiries from internal and external clients.
Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience of producing quality results with high attention to detail.
Ability to be direct, open, and honest when communicating with clients and colleagues.
