Join AUTO1 Group as the Chief of Staff to our CFO and become a true strategic partner at the heart of our Finance organization. In this highly visible role, you’ll work side‑by‑side with our CFO, supporting not only daily operations but also driving key initiatives and strategic projects across the group, especially in Finance and Financing operations.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your career. You will work at the highest executive level, interact with a broad range of stakeholders, and gain critical insights into strategic decision‑making processes. We are seeking ambitious, analytically strong early‑career professionals for whom this position is a springboard into future finance and leadership roles.

Your new Role
  • Act as the primary point of contact, right hand, and problem‑solver for the CFO, ensuring effective communication and relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, and decision papers that provide structure and insight for crucial management and Board meetings.
  • Independently manage and contribute to strategic and finance‑related projects (e.g., supporting the Annual General Meeting, Board Meetings, and Quarterly Earnings Calls).
  • Proactively oversee and prioritize the CFO’s calendar, inbox, and daily agenda, anticipating needs, solving challenges, and ensuring priorities are met.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, business travel, and special events with diligence and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Routinely handle confidential and high‑impact information with professionalism and discretion.
Your Skills
  • Outstanding academic record in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree), ideally from a leading university.
  • Initial (1‑2 years) full‑time work experience in management consulting, investment banking, finance, business development, or a similarly demanding environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills, proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while anticipating needs.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset, and genuine appetite for professional and personal growth within Auto1 Group.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German, including the ability to prepare sophisticated written materials for executive and board‑level audiences.
  • Berlin‑based or willingness to relocate.
