A leading advisory firm in Germany is seeking a Partner to drive HRIT and IT transformation. The role involves overseeing complex programmes, developing HRIT strategies, and leading client acquisition efforts. Candidates should hold a degree in business informatics or administration, have extensive experience in HRIT and transformation projects, and possess strong leadership skills. Fluency in German and English is essential, along with a willingness to travel across the DACH region.
We’re working with an advisory firm that’s looking to strengthen its senior leadership team with a Partner who can drive the next stage of their HR and IT transformation agenda. This is a senior, market-facing role where you’ll shape strategy, lead complex transformation programmes, and play a key part in further building the firm’s presence across the DACH region.
You’ll take a leading role in the strategic development of the practice – professionally, structurally, culturally, and in terms of people. Alongside this, you’ll guide and expand the firm’s core consulting areas across Digital, ERP, IT, and HR Transformation.
Passion, enthusiasm, and a strong market orientation matter most here. A background in consulting helps, but the ability to inspire and drive transformation is fundamental.
