Your mission

At MeinAuto & Mobility Concept Group, we are shaping the future of mobility and leasing services. To strengthen our leadership team, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Based primarily at our headquarters in Oberhaching, with occasional business travel to Cologne, you will take a central role in guiding the financial strategy of two dynamic companies, overseeing credit decisions, and ensuring sustainable growth – all within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Your Role

As CFO, you will play a central role in guiding the financial health and strategic direction of both companies. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth – while empowering your team and making impactful decisions every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the overall financial strategy for both companies
• Core Finance Functions: Lead accounting, controlling, and financial reporting activities
• Planning & Forecasting: Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling
• Liquidity & Stability: Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and capital allocation
• Credit Decisions: Take ownership of credit decision-making and portfolio risk management
• Risk & Controls: Establish and maintain strong risk management and internal control systems
• Stakeholder Management: Negotiate with banks, investors, and external partners
• Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to align financial and business objectives

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Several years of senior financial leadership experience in a leasing company, including a valid BaFin license
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional financial acumen
• Solid experience in credit decision-making and portfolio management
• Proficiency in building financial models and forecasts
• Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams
• (Optional) Knowledge of vehicle value developments – advantageous but not required
