This critical role will be instrumental in building a scalable financial framework, guiding the business through continued international expansion, and preparing for a future strategic exit or public listing.

Backed by top-tier venture capital and entering its Series C phase, the business is scaling fast and transforming its sector through cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights. With successful international expansion already underway and a clear path toward a strategic exit, the company is now seeking a commercially astute CFO to help lead the next stage of growth.

The Role

The CFO will be responsible for leading the company’s capital strategy, securing the funding needed to support ongoing international growth and continued investment in product innovation. This includes driving upcoming fundraising efforts — likely involving both equity and structured capital — while maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.

In addition, the CFO will play a key role in shaping the financial foundation of the business: building scalable systems, ensuring best-in-class reporting, and developing sustainable, recurring revenue models that reflect the company's strategic goals. This is a highly commercial, hands-on role, ideal for a finance leader who thrives at the intersection of growth, complexity, and scale.

Skills

• Proven ability to lead complex fundraising rounds, including negotiating equity and structured finance instruments, with strong investor network access
• Expertise in designing financial strategies that support international scale, market penetration, and long-term value creation
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC, churn, etc.) and the ability to optimise recurring revenue streams for growth and investor appeal
• Skilled at crafting compelling financial narratives, managing board dynamics, and maintaining investor confidence through transparent communication and delivery
• Experience implementing scalable, automated financial systems and reporting frameworks suitable for a fast-moving, tech-driven environment
• Familiarity with preparing businesses for strategic exits or IPOs, including due diligence, structuring, and financial readiness
• Comfortable navigating multi-country financial operations, including tax structuring, transfer pricing, and regulatory compliance across Europe and the UK
• Ability to build and lead a high-performing finance team, while collaborating closely with cross-functional departments to drive strategic initiatives

Package

Salary: €200k-250k + bonus + equity
