Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

We are looking for a skilled Chief Commercial Officer to be the driving force behind our growth strategy. You will lead our sales, marketing and customer initiatives, take our technology on the road (and into the factories, data centres and vehicles) – and further develop our commercial model.

You'll work closely with the CEO, CTO and product teams, bringing market feedback into the development process and creating real, long-term customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • You develop and take responsibility for our go-to-market strategy – from first pitch to global rollout
  • You build and lead international sales & marketing teams
  • You identify market opportunities, build partnerships and develop scalable business models
  • You position our technology with key accounts, in ecosystems and at industry events
  • You translate complex technology into real customer benefits – and vice versa

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales/marketing leadership role at a tech company (deep tech, semiconductor, communications, embedded or similar)
  • Familiar with the wireless communication, radar markets and experience in supporting semiconductor IP as well as physical chip products.
  • Familiar with long B2B cycles, products requiring explanation and international customer environment
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on, analytically strong
  • You speak the language of developers and decision-makers
  • You want to help shape something really big.
  • Very good English (German an advantage)
