A dynamic tech startup in Germany is seeking a Partnership Manager with 4-5 years of experience in managing strategic partnerships. You will lead API integration partnerships, expand the Partner Stack program, and create playbooks for ERP products. Ideal candidates have a background in solutions engineering or product operations, showcasing their ability to drive revenue through effective partnership initiatives.
We need someone with 4-5 years experience in partnership management who has built strategic partnerships from scratch at a high-growth startup. You should be comfortable managing both transactional affiliate programs and complex API integrations, with a track record of scaling partner programs that drive meaningful revenue. Bonus points if you have solutions engineering or product operations background.
What you'll do:
Own strategic partnerships that involve API integrations and embedded product experiences
Take ownership of our Partner Stack program and drive expansion to new partner categories
Work closely with product teams to identify and execute embedded partnership opportunities
Build partnership playbooks for our new ERP product suite targeting established businesses
Lead partnership initiatives from ideation to revenue generation
Scale and optimize our existing 1,000+ partner affiliate program
Day-to-day example:
You might start your week evaluating potential API integration partners for our new ERP suite, work with our product team to scope technical requirements, and spend time building relationships with strategic partners in the VC/startup ecosystem. Last month, our team expanded partnerships with Mercury and Carta for post-incorporation services, and the person in this role would have led those negotiations and technical integrations.
