What you'll do
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication and training plans, to support IT and business transformations using the ADKAR model
  • Design and deliver engaging communication campaigns and training programs to prepare employees for new systems and processes
  • Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business leaders to integrate change management into project plans and ensure alignment
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess readiness for change, and gather feedback to refine strategies and improve adoption rates
  • Act as a key advisor to stakeholders, coaching leaders on how to sponsor and support change initiatives effectively
Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field, with several years of experience in change management or digital transformation
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing change management strategies using methodologies like PROSCI ADKAR
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and deliver training across multiple channels
  • Analytical thinker with experience in impact assessments and ad‑hoc analyses to guide decision‑making
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player, skilled at integrating change management into projects and working in dynamic environments
