What you will do:

As a Buying Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of Aeyde’s end-to-end production processes. Working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners, you will support production planning, track product lifecycle milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality goods. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Support the production team in coordinating seasonal production timelines, purchase orders, and capacity planning with Aeyde’s manufacturing partners.
  • Monitor the flow of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring alignment with production schedules and resolving any delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with order placement timeline, order placement according to prioritization and adherence to production plans.
  • Manage and take full responsibility for all aspects of production data preparation, including product data uploads across systems, verifying specifications, coordinating EAN codes, managing barcode label creation, and collaborating on packaging and labeling to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Oversee initial inbound delivery and independently addressing delays and escalating critical issues to all stakeholders within appropriate lead time.
  • Responsible for coordinating the full inbound process from factory to warehouse, including shipping documentation, overage/underage checks, and coordination of timely deliveries.
  • Serve as a key contact for Italian manufacturing partners, providing timely updates, documentation, and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
  • Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Operation & Fulfillment teams to ensure seamless product flow from design to delivery for both our channels D2C and B2B.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in fashion production, ideally in shoe production working with italian manufacturers
  • Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems and strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Italian speaking (native) and fluent in English
  • A team player with a hands-on mentality and an eye for detail
