This role involves providing excellent customer service via chat, calls, and email, as well as fulfilling travel bookings. The position offers a salary of up to 44,000 Euros plus benefits, with a homebased working model and Monday to Friday shifts.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a travel consultant or airline reservations agent.
• Fluent in both German and English required.
• 3+ years of GDS experience, particularly in Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus.

• Book hotels, flights, car and rail using a GDS.
• Guide customers in self-service options on the App.
• Respond promptly, meeting SLA expectations.
• Quickly assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences.

You will be using your fluent German and English as well as GDS knowledge to support corporate travellers via the App, calls and emails. , up to 44,000 Euros plus benefits, Monday to Friday shifts between 7am and 7pm, homebased
