The strategy team serves as competence center for strategy and business development for the Investment Management Solutions area within the overall Deutsche Börse Group strategic framework. You will support strategic execution with stakeholders and business areas, including both organic and M&A initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Support of implementation and co‑ordination of projects with strategic relevance, including project sourcing, development and planning
• Preparation of strategic market analyses, decision proposals, status reports for senior management and for respective management meetings
• Monitoring and pro‑active continuous improvement of strategy development and implementation processes
• Support key strategic projects

Your profile

• University degree with excellent results
• 2‑5 years of working experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, finance or M&A
• Theoretical and first practical knowledge regarding the relevance and functioning of capital markets as well as an understanding of business principles and processes
• Focus on delivery with results‑oriented and structured approach to problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure with high degree of reliability and autonomy
• High commitment and motivation
• Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of quantitative tools and methods, e.g. including financial modelling / business plan analysis
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal, ability to communicate effectively across all seniority levels in English
• Excellent command of MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
