For our location in Frankfurt am Main , we are looking for an

Business & Finance Manager Germany (m / w / d)

Purpose

Support our Country Manager Germany and lead and manage all internal aspects of the business, ensuring financial stability and growth, compliance management, financial planning and operational support across workshops in Germany.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership : Represent and support the management of German workshops and act as authorized signatory for selected workshops.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of workshop operations.
  • Financial Accountability : Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting for workshop operations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Country Manager to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to maintain transparency and compliance.
  • Compliance & Safety Oversight : Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal standards, including occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination : Work with HR, IT, Procurement, and Legal to support operational needs.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
  • Spare Parts & Supply Chain : Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes to guarantee timely and cost-effective availability of spare parts, Validate invoices and ensure alignment with agreements.
  • Project & Adhoc Support : Participate in group-wide projects and initiatives that enhance operational and financial performance.
Role Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in finance or business controlling roles.
  • Experience in project management and budgeting.
  • Process and results orientations, high attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment willing to go the extra mile.
  • Proficient in German and English, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to travel for business needs on a regular basis.
  • Drivers licence.
