A growing engineering firm is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and client outreach. This remote position requires strong communication skills and experience in B2B business development. You will proactively engage potential clients and collaborate with teams to refine strategies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and fluent in English and Spanish. The role offers a competitive salary plus uncapped commissions, with opportunities for training and professional development.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST
Language: English (C2 Level required)
Location: Remote – LATAM preferred

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Representative (BDR). You will serve as the front line of the sales engine, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities across the company’s core practice areas.
You will proactively conduct outreach to potential clients using a multi-channel approach, identify their project needs, and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel. By collaborating closely with engineering and leadership teams, you will help refine value propositions and pave the way for closing deals that support the client’s strategic growth.
